Shipping
We ship to most destinations worldwide, however, if you find your country is not listed please contact us for assistance on shipping options.
All prices include free, standard, nationwide and worldwide shipping. Please also note that Tracking is only available on parcels sent within New Zealand.
Due to the worldwide pandemic, we can not be responsible if your order is delayed or takes longer than usual to arrive once it is sent.
Size Options
All prints are available at A4, A3, A2 and A1 sizes. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate customised order request at this time.
No Frames, Why?
The frames in our listings are for display only and assist in visualising just how stunning Ellen’s art is when it has been framed. There are a huge variety of ready made and custom frame options available, we therefore prefer you to chose a frame that is personal to your unique environment. Sending frames are also very risky and therefore costly. Our primary focus is delivering beautiful prints to you in perfect condition.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations. Just contact us within 14 days of delivery.
You can return items back to us within 30 days of delivery and request a cancellation within 2 days of purchase with a full refund.
We take care with packaging to ensure it's safe arrival, however should an item be damaged during shipping, please send us a photo of the damage and we will send you a replacement.
In the unlikely event that there is a flaw on an item please please send us a photo of the flaw and we will send you a replacement.
Please be careful to write the correct shipping address, if it is incorrect, no refund will be given.
Please choose carefully as it will cost you to return an item. Once it is returned in perfect condition we will send you a full refund or we can exchange it.
We try very hard to display the colours as accurately as possible, there is a chance however that you may see them slightly differently on your screen, this is unavoidable, we can therefore not issue a refund or exchange should the colours not be as expected.
